Hi Tracey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi I’m Blue Flame Hughes , and I’m from a Texas . I’ve moved all over the big TX as a boy but growing into the man I am today , growing up in Beaumont and San Antonio played the biggest part in me being the person I am today . I saw and experienced things that hurt , motivated and changed me for the better . The contrast between my home then to now , feels like two different lifetimes or worlds . The perspective I had between the two places made me make my debut sincerely Tracey and figure out how to get where I am today . So my story is being written but the most important thing to note right now is this chapter I’m in is where I made it .
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely hasn’t been a hard road with god and the universe on my side . Lately I’ve learned that all my bumps and bruises are just lessons and blessings to help me whether the true rough times in my journey . The best is yet to come because the struggles made me and my team sharper . From financial woes to the musical output slowing up at times . I’ve never wavered or thought to myself …. “I’m putting the pen down” so I guess the road wasn’t hard at all . I’ve complained but in the end I’m here today to tell the story .

So many good questions . Well I do music in many forms . I’ sing , write , rap , engineer and try to learn different parts in the pure craft of constructing great music . I specialize in writing whether it’s hooks or pure lyrical displays for sport , I’m pushing the envelope to be different and every track mine . The thing I’m most proud of is literally what sets me apart from, which is simply being me . I’m unapologetically me all the time in my music and you can hear it in my vocal inflections, and my aura when I perform every song . I put my soul into the music and that’s been missing for a while now in music in general. What I’m aiming to do with the sport of rap is bigger than music .
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Every person on the planet who showed me love and supported me in my bad days and good days on this rap dream . I started in my mama womb to recording to recording in my mama room to headlining shows and having over a million streams on my debut album . I’m blessed by the world for supporting me and god deserve the credit for all my talents and ambitions. I kept faith but the first place I learned faith was through believing in something bigger than me . I’m just proud to be in this moment . My brother reezy showed me how to rap in 8th grade and the rest is history . From the trenches to the Grammys . Full circle moments loading .
