Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Eisenhauer.
Hi Michael, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up as the youngest child, I had the opportunity to witness my father build his business from the ground up in the United States with my immagrante mother. As I entered my preteen years, around 8-10 years old, I began accompanying him on weekends to distribute flyers on rollerblades with my friends, contributing to the growth of his business. Being immersed in the entrepreneurial lifestyle from a young age sparked a passion within me. However, in my 20s, I encountered numerous personal obstacles, including divorce and becoming a single father, which led to struggles with addiction, ultimately resulting in the loss of my business and family. Due to my habits, I was incarcerated, losing seven valuable years of my life. Having regained my freedom over five years ago, I have successfully launched a new company, achieving greater success. I have been given a second chance at life, blessed with a new family and a beautiful son named Axil, whom I love and cherish deeply. The journey has been long and challenging, but my love for my work, family, and faith has transformed me into a more successful and fulfilled individual.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am know for my career and love of my clients and taking care of them. Startign the trade from The ground up and getting into sales and finally getting my license and starting air time ac and heating
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the next 5-10 years I see my company being a top 3 in San Antonio with sales being well into the 10s of millions and teaching my son my skill sets so he can continue my tradition
