Hi Mary, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story is rooted in a fundamental desire for freedom—not just financial, but the freedom to own my time and build something with a lasting impact. I’ve always been driven by a passion for excellence, and I realized that my skillset was perfectly positioned to solve a major challenge I saw in the dental industry: the gap between clinical expertise and operational success.

I saw brilliant doctors who were working tirelessly but felt stuck on a production rollercoaster because they lacked a repeatable system for case acceptance. I knew that by applying my passion for systems and high-level strategy, I could create a solution that would allow these practice owners to reclaim their own time and profitability.

That’s how the Case Acceptance System™ was born. I didn’t want to build just another consulting firm; I wanted to create a scalable, digital framework that empowers teams to excel independently. By providing a plug-and-play Notion-based portal, we’re giving practices the tools to self-manage their growth. For me, success isn’t just about the numbers—it’s about building long-term partnerships and helping other business owners achieve the same freedom and excellence that drove me to start this journey in the first place.

It has been anything but a smooth road. Like many founders, I’ve navigated a steep learning curve that often felt like a high-stakes crash course in business development. The most significant obstacle was architecting a foundation robust enough to truly support a practice’s growth. I realized early on that I couldn’t just sell a concept; I had to build a comprehensive, defensible system that I believed in with absolute conviction before I could expect others to invest in it.

Once the operational framework was solidified, the next hurdle was the digital frontier—building a social media presence from the ground up and establishing a baseline for our own internal operations. We had to move from the ‘lab’ to the market, which meant not only proving the effectiveness of the system in theory but also strategically documenting its positive impact. Bridging that gap between intellectual authority and tangible proof of impact has been a challenging but rewarding journey. It’s a process of constant refinement, but it’s what ensures that when we finally provide the system to a practice, we are delivering a proven engine for success.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I love the energy in Dallas. There’s this unspoken culture here that if you’re willing to put in the work, the city will show up for you. It’s a unique mix of that high-level professional standard and a genuine ‘hustle’ from the local business community. Being surrounded by people who are actually excited to build something meaningful is what keeps me inspired.

The part I like least? Definitely the traffic. The ‘Dallas 20 minutes’ that somehow turns into 45 is a real test of patience. But honestly, the sprawl is just a side effect of how fast we’re growing, so I try to look at it as a sign of success—and it’s a big reason why I built my business to be digital and flexible, so I’m not spending my life on the 75 or the Tollway.
