Hi Lorraine , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have always felt connected to something much greater than myself—an invisible thread that wove its way through my life, guiding me to moments of clarity and purpose. But like many of us, I didn’t fully understand that connection until life shook me to my core.
When I lost my father and my sister within just a month of each other, both to cancer, my world collapsed. The grief was overwhelming, and my heart was torn open in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Their passing left me asking the deepest of questions: Why are we here? What is the purpose of this life?
What I didn’t realize at the time was that this pain was also a doorway—a calling into a deeper journey of consciousness and self-discovery. As I sat with my grief, I began to look within. Every step I took led me closer to the truth that the answers I was seeking weren’t out in the world somewhere—they were inside me.
This path led me to Ayurveda, a science of life that reminded me of the intricate balance within body, mind, and spirit. It was through this ancient wisdom that I began to understand my own constitution, my imbalances, and the ways I could restore harmony.
Alongside Ayurveda, sound and light therapy became my companions in healing. I discovered the power of vibration—how sound could release what words could not, how light could reach places in the soul where darkness had lingered too long. Together, these modalities became not just tools, but languages of healing, helping me reconnect with my own frequency and return to the essence of who I truly am.
My journey has not been linear, nor has it been easy. But every moment—of loss, of questioning, of discovery—has led me to where I stand today. I now know that healing is not only about mending what has been broken, but about awakening to the light that has always been within us. And it is from this place that I share my path, in hopes that others may also find their way back home to themselves.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been real challenges along the way—everything from being recognized as a legitimate healing modality to simply finding clients who truly understood the depth and value of this work. The financial burden of keeping the business alive with limited resources has been another test of faith.
But what I’ve come to realize is that every challenge has been a teacher. These moments have asked me to lean more deeply into trust, to hold steady in my calling, and to remember why I began this journey in the first place. I know in my heart how important this work is, and that those who are meant to experience it will find their way.
So, even when it feels uncertain, I continue forward—knowing that I will be here when they do.

This knowing allows me to hold space with genuine compassion, to sit with others in their pain and joy, and to be a loving conduit guiding them back to their own self-love and wholeness.
I see each person not as someone who is broken, but as someone on a journey of remembering. And it is my honor to walk beside them, to hold their hand through the process, and to remind them of the light that has always been within them.

I would not be where I am today without the love, guidance, and inspiration of those who have walked alongside me. My mentor and dear friend, Vicki Jackson, a fellow sound healer, has been a steady source of encouragement. Her compassion, wisdom, and unwavering belief in me have reminded me that I am capable of everything I desire to become.
Beyond Vicki, I feel profoundly supported by the many **authors, mystics, and energy healers—both present and throughout history—**whose foundational work continues to shape and expand the field of holistic healing. Their words, teachings, and practices have been like signposts along my path, deepening my knowledge and inspiring me to carry this work forward with integrity and love.
