Hi Lauryn & Tony, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
The beginnings of Cluck Struck span years back, when we would make chicken wings for our friends and family for gatherings. We would grill the wings back then and eventually explore air-frying wings for a juicy wing with a crispy exterior. When we continually received great feedback on our wings and signature sauces, we knew we had a great concept different from other deep-fried wing trucks. We wanted to start our own business, launch Cluck Struck, and the rest is history!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As with any business, the launch of Cluck Struck had some challenges to overcome and has included blood, sweat, and tears to get it operational. Many aspects go into launching a food truck that extends far beyond serving great wings, but we are confident that Cluck Struck has a tremendous future ahead because we’ve done the groundwork.
As you know, we’re big fans of Cluck Struck. What can you tell our readers who might not be as familiar with the brand?
Cluck Struck serves “Mother Cluckin’ Good Wings” and is not your average wing truck! Our wings are air-fried, which means our wings are not only a healthier option vs. deep-fried but are also juicer inside while keeping a crispy exterior. We have 8 signature sauces to toss your wings in for over-the-top flavor, and we serve our wings with signature crinkle-cut fries. For the adventurous, we recommend our Lightening Fries, which are topped with nacho cheese and bacon bits. We are proud to offer San Antonio & surrounding areas traditional wings with a twist and hope to serve you soon!
