Hi Kristin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Growing up, I always had a perfect room. I loved having a spot for all my things and rearranged my room constantly.
As I reached college, I thought I wanted to be a teacher, but I loved organizing and helping people more. After I had my two kids, I decided to start working on my business. I started by helping friends and family get their homes decluttered and organized.
I would also help them with decorating their spaces.
I then got certified as a Professional Organizer and started making strides toward opening my business. Flawlessly Functional was born and has taken off. It was been a dream come true to own my own business and create wonderful spaces for my clients.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not always been easy. I have had to rearrange my business model a few times due to Covid, and that was a challenge. In the end, my clients were great about the changes here and there and have been very loyal.

Flawlessly Functional is a small woman-owned business that started with a dream and a passion for helping people live stress-free lives in spaces that are not only organized but beautiful. We specialize in creating organizing systems that bring in a functional flow to clients’ everyday lives.
Whether it be the home office filing system, a beautiful pantry, time management, or a garage, we bring a custom system to all spaces. We are known for being not only professional but also fun, energetic, and having a creative way of our organizing. When compared to other companies we believe we bring our own flair to our final projects.
When it comes to our brand we are most proud that we are getting more publicity. We have been on SA Live many times and we also are working with many NBA players. We also hold a very high level of confidentiality since we do work with celebrity clients.
We are always accepting new clients, especially those looking for what we offer, which is all residential organizing, staging homes, interior decorating, and Holiday decorating. We create Flawless spaces for Functional Lives.
