Hello, my name is Kimberly Laijas Estrada. I’m a proud mother of four—Pierce (28), Luke (22), and twins Lennon and Lailah (13). I was born and raised in Floresville, Texas, a small town south of San Antonio. With over 25 years in the medical field, I dedicated my career to providing care and support in various healthcare settings. After facing the challenges of the COVID era, I made the bold decision to leave the corporate world and embrace change and pursue a new passion. Transitioning into the beauty industry at this stage of my life has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve been inspired by amazing influencers who helped me push through moments of doubt. Now, I fully embrace this journey with confidence, proving that it’s never too late to follow your dreams and start something new.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Jumping into the beauty industry and social media world later in life has been a challenge, but also an incredible journey. It’s amazing how many people you can reach and influence through platforms like Instagram or Facebook. It can be overwhelming at first, especially with how much social media shapes trends and perceptions. Wearing multiple hats—entrepreneur, marketer, scheduler, and motivator—definitely comes with a learning curve. Running a business takes immense effort, but every step forward brings me closer to my goals. I’m building something amazing, and that takes time and passion. I firmly believe that “good things do not come easy,” and I trust in God’s divine plan!

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My childhood was a blessing, surrounded by love and strong family values. I was raised by both parents, with my mother as the foundation of our family and my father as a hardworking provider—traits I’ve definitely inherited. I have two brothers and two sisters, with an age gap of 11 to 15 years between my older siblings and my younger sister and me. Growing up, I was fortunate to have their support and guidance, which shaped me into the person I am today. Our family has always been tight-knit, encouraging and uplifting one another to grow and pursue our dreams.
I’m grateful to have parents who instilled strong values and beliefs in me. Their guidance has shaped the person I am today and given me the foundation to navigate life with faith, strength, and perseverance. Their lessons continue to guide me, and I carry them with me in everything I do.
I attended Sacred Heart Catholic School before transitioning to Floresville Public School in the 5th grade. From a young age, my faith has been a guiding force in my life, teaching me gratitude for every blessing. I can confidently say that I have walked by faith into adulthood, relying on prayer and trust in God to overcome life’s challenges. I firmly believe that God can move mountains, and that belief continues to shape my journey every day.
