Hi Keith, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started at a Farmers Market with a fold-out table and worked really hard consistently. My hard work has brought me to this beautiful establishment in Mid Town San Antonio, Tx.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been many learning curbs. To be a business owner, one must be a problem solver. That is what I am. Thinking credibly and finding solutions is an everyday task. When I don’t know something my wife and I learn. Learning is key.
We’ve been impressed with SQUeeZeRS Juice Bar, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a health-conscious facility that specializes in the highest quality cold-pressed juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, detoxifying juice cleanses, juice therapy, wellness shots, and handcrafted lemonades. We hand-pick the freshest organic, perfectly rip produce to create delicious and nutritious recipes that our guests have grown to love. We make everything to order, so if you come in with any kind of special request, we can deliver. Our brand represents integrity in self-love and care. Consuming whole food is a gift to our bodies. Being able to provide healthy food options in my city brings me much gratification. We offer refill prices when you bring your glass container back to our shop. We pride ourselves in working with our guest to save Mother Earth together. We must be the change we want to see in the world. Using glass containers is not the most convent or practical choice but it honors the high quality ingredients we use and helps me sleep at night, that as a business we are doing our part to protect the future.
