Hi Jessica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started selling real estate 11 years ago to provide some additional income for our family and quickly feel in love with helping people and learning all aspects of the profession.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The market can be a challenge, It can change depending upon the economy and Realtors have to be prepared for slow downs or negotiation tactics that may work in one market and not another. You have to be ready for anything as a Realtor, often times we get surprised.
We’ve been impressed with Jessica Maldonado Realtor, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m friendly and a great communicator! I’m also a mother, wife and real estate owner myself. I take great pride in working primarily for people I already know.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I am hard on myself, I haven’t always acknowledged it but definitely hold myself to a very high standard.
