Hi Franco, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born and raised in Peru. My parents are farmers. Hands and knees in the dirt they did everything to provide for my brothers and I. Graduate highschool in Lima. Went to college in Louisiana, did a study abroad in Europe and got a degree in international business. First job out of collage was in Tennessee. Left corporate job moved to Texas to start my business
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anyone who tells you they started a business and it was always a smooth ride is lying to you lol
I’ve dealt with client issues, financial issues, employee turnover, customer issues, government issues, global pandemics, in 2017 hurricane Harvey wiped out part of Houston and I had to relocate our to San Antonio, etc
Adversity doesn’t build character it reveals it. We know how over 10 locations nation wide and we do over 8figures in annual revenue. We have a clear growth plan to 18 locations by the end of 2026
