Hi Bernard, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started at the young age of 15 with a local DJ entertainment group called DJ Express.
It is comprised of different sets of DJs hired for all sorts of special occasions.
I’ve had 20 years in the business industry and seen every music trend come and go throughout the years which has evolved a lot in the business.
Now, I’m working independently with my business partner establishing my own footprint in the business and bringing the best party to the people the only way I know.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Not always. Music trends locally changed with time, and technology became more evolved which benefited through equipment and our services.
But we were able to adapt and be successful in the long run. Our biggest struggle was the pandemic. With unfortunate circumstances, like all things at that time were uncertain.
But if time and experience have shown us, we adapted and came up with new ideas to stay relevant and seek new opportunities.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We are a local DJ service beaded in San Antonio, Texas with over 20 years of experience being in the DJ industry. Everything from Weddings, Quinceneras, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and Backyard Parties.
We’ve taken our business marketing into new tech and social media avenues that allow us to reach out to a broader audience. Keeping up with the trends and times is essential now to be recognized, so we implement that into our work and services.
Being creative and learning from our clients is what benefits us at every gig we entertain at. As the motto says: ”No party too big or too small”. Currently, we are targeting our smaller clientele, meaning the kids in elementary grade levels.
Adding a new mini dance party package for birthdays or special events. Bubble or fog machines, dazzling lights, and kid-friendly music to enjoy. That will be available soon.
