Today we’d like to introduce you to Arturo Vasquez.

Hi Arturo, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I alway had the love of cooking i was working from pay to pay check .I didn’t really knew how to smoke any kind of meat til one day my wife mayra vasquez told me follow your dream and and see how it goes with no experience with not much money to start with so we decided to use our little savings we had to buy our little food trailer with no client we give it our all. Thank to our customer our business have grown to a catering business also and we were able to get our first food truck like a year ago proud to say we came out o. Top of not knowing any about the food world to knowing alot about it even smoking so delicious bbq.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No I was not a smooth road we had lots of up and down. When we first started we had no customer the first day we open just made like $100 lots out on the money we use to buy the food. I struggle to make on smoking Brisket and everything that come with bbq so no it was not a smooth road when we first started.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Well I am the pitmaster of T Dawg Smoke Bbq I’m the one that make delicious smoke BBQ we are also known for our mouth watering Texas Twinking along with our Texas Style Brisket. What I’m most proud of that i follow my dream and creating this delicious smoke bbq along with my dream of cooking. What set me apart from other is we alway try to be within everyone budget along with the best quality of meat there is. We do help out our community we alway help out those who needs a helping hand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I had the luck on having a good clientele along the way and having steady work throughout the year’s
