Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Sanchez. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Born in Puerto Rico, Ana moved with her family to San Antonio, Texas at the age of 12 and has been in love with the city ever since. Coming to the U.S. as a young girl who spoke only Spanish would have intimidated most, but not Ana. Ana is ambitious: She learned a new language, embraced a new culture, and fell in love with a new city; that she now calls home. Her perseverance serves her clients well in helping them realize the American dream of homeownership is possible for everyone. Ana also has the privilege of being called mom, by her daughter in which she was raised independently. In their pastime, they love to travel and create new memories together.
Ana has always been a hard worker and all that experience has compounded to make her a top producer in real estate and team lead of Harmony International Group. Some of her credentials include working in the service industry, marketing as the face of several large auto dealerships throughout Texas, and working as an underwriter for several banks. Once she realized her passion for real estate, She worked diligently to continue her growth within the industry. From a receptionist in a real estate company to an office manager marketing and recruiting agents she eventually continued to work towards her success.
She loves the initial meeting of her clients, showing and selling of homes, negotiating the deal, and sitting down at closing as with her clients as their dreams come true. She is committed to being there every step of the way so that her clients feel secure and comfortable throughout the entire buying process.
“For me, it’s not just another home. It is about the long-term relationships I get to build with those families. The joy it brings to their faces when they find the right one and the memories that will forever be held in that space that they get to call home.” – Ana Sanchez
She is just as passionate about giving back as she is about her family and her clients. She has been a long-time supporter in the fight against breast cancer, Wounded Warriors, and providing meals to families in need around the holidays. She prides her career on making a difference in the lives of people and the community.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, once I got my license it took me several years to quit my 3 jobs to be able to do this full time. The biggest struggle has been being able to have time for my daughter and still build my business.
Real estate can be so demanding that my family time was very minimal. and friendships. I missed so many important birthday celebrations and holidays.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a realtor and team lead.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
San Antonio is growing so rapidly, I see us gaining more agents. and more people moving to this beautiful city.
