Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Mitchell.
Hi Brandon, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Well I’ve been making music for over 20 years. I started with a local legend by the name of Greg Poppin Showell who molded me to be the artist I am today. I’ve released countless songs and albums with the label TEAM LAFAMILIA MUSIC GROUP and now operating as a full time music producer and recording engineer at FAM STUDIOS.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been an eventful journey. Alot of obstacles and challenges but thats all apart of life. Dealing with different personalities in business. Being rejected. Alot of broken promises. The biggest obstacle is time management. Having to balance business and family has definitely been the biggest challenges but we make it work.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Well, I am an artists, recording and mixing engineer. I’m also a producer with a couple of brands I operate as well. From music to clothes I pretty much cover all creative needs. Im most proud of the growth within my craft and the growth within my organization has been amazing to witness
What matters most to you? Why?
I would say peace of mind. Understanding we only have one life to live and we should do what brings us peace.
