Hi Armando, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Reflecting on my Broadcast career, I am grateful for the challenges and triumphs that shaped me.
The media disciplines of communication, collaboration, literacy and gratitude were useful tools for solutions and new ideas.
A dream took flight in 2002 with the inception of Hope Faith & Dreams Foundation, Our journey continued when we officially became
a 501 (c)3 non profit organization.
Our vision. Catalyzing positive change through the power of inspired youth.
By fostering creativity, literacy, and critical thinking, we inspire young minds to look beyond.
We empower young people to become innovative thinkers and problem solvers.
As we celebrate 23 years, I’m excited about our new Kaleidoscope of ARTS Mentor Initiative.
This program pairs college students with community leaders and a multimedia literacy platform.
Our purpose. Inspiring growth through education and collaboration.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Non Profit success hinges on securing funding. To truly make a difference, you must believe in your mission and be willing to take risks.
The Non-Profit is fiercely competitive. To stand out, you must not only have a compelling mission but the vision to connect the dots.
We have always been fueled by the power to inspire and motivate.

I ‘ve made a name for myself as a prominent figure in Corpus Christi’s Texas morning radio and television scene..
Broadcasting unleashed my creativity, allowing me to craft programs that inspire and empower.
I specialize in collaboration, tuning ideas into reality through effective communication.
My proudest moment: Winning the Texas Parks & Rec. award for our youth driven publication

What’s set me apart? I am a life long learner.
