We are a husband-and-wife team with a story that spans the globe. Although we both come from families in the medical field, our paths started in very different places — Dr. Mo in Egypt and Dr. Z in China. We met at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry and quickly realized that we shared a vision: to deliver extraordinary dental care that transforms smiles and builds confidence.
After gaining experience in other practices, we decided to join forces and bring this vision to San Antonio. Our goal was to offer a tailored smile transformation experience unlike any other, combining advanced technology, personalized care, and a team culture rooted in our core values: accountability, growth, commitment, gratitude, discipline, positivity, and providing a fantastic patient experience.
Seeing patients leave feeling confident, comfortable, and truly cared for is what drives us every day — both as a team in our practice and in our life together.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any entrepreneurial journey, it hasn’t always been smooth. We’ve faced challenges in balancing high-quality care with accessibility, integrating new dental technologies, and earning the trust of patients who have had negative past experiences.
Our core values guided us through these challenges. Accountability and commitment ensured we took ownership and continuously improved. Gratitude and teamwork allowed us to support one another — both professionally and personally — while discipline and professionalism kept our standards high for every patient interaction.
