The journey of JusticeMeals has been one of self realization. In life we are told to know thyself, yet what happens once we identify this? We share that light with the world around us. My goal with this company is exactly that. What can I give to the world, through my experience, which has the potential to transform lives from the inside out. Consumption. What we put in our bodies echoes through our thoughts, actions, and emotions. By changing our diet, we can inevitably change our lives. This is what has brought us to where we are today. A staple in the Community of San Antonio, ready to serve all who seek to achieve new levels within themselves. Without the people, there would be no JusticeMeals.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Of course not. But smooth seas never made a great sailor. The struggles faced along the way are similar to that in any walk of life. We have to face ourselves. The good, the bad, and the ugly. After that, we take the best parts and continue to build with those bricks. Obstacles and challenges only reveal that you are actually on the right path, an upward climb to ascension.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I’m endowed with joy to have many amazing and peaceful childhood memories. Our inner child is always alive within us and it’s up to is to remember that child, and nurture it even in adulthood. Some of my fondest memories are those of hot summers in the pool, mystical walks in the forest, and time well spent with the people whom I love. Not to mention the sweet scent of delectable meals constantly being crafted in our kitchen. My childhood was molded by family. To this day, that is a major staple in my life.
