Inspiring Conversations with Dr. Andrea Wilson of Wilson & Sibert Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Andrea Wilson.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my chiropractic clinic in Feb 2000 and then was in a debilitating car accident 6 weeks later. I sustained over 12 surgeries, 10 months in a wheelchair and learned to walk again after extensive time in the hospital and spinal cord trauma floor. I was able to reopen my clinic Sept 2001 and now have a very busy clinic with 12 therapists/employees.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been many challenges with the biggest challenge being my car accident occurring while new in practice.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Wilson & Sibert Chiropractic?
I own a Chiropractic Wellness Center that offers massage therapy, nutritional counseling focusing on weight loss, physical therapies, decompression traction and radiological services. Our customer service sets us apart with our staff team approach and ability to care and co-treat many different conditions.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
Kerrville is a small town that is beautiful, contained and yet we thrive off of the San Antonio region for our needs regarding shopping, airport, medical specialties, etc. I love that San Antonio is a large city but feels so intimate and personable. I recently just moved to the Fair Oaks region so my family could be closer to San Antonio on the weekends.
