Hi Dany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We have always enjoyed buying selling and repairing cars and serving our communities. Finlay, we have the opportunity to open and managed our own shop at NW side of San Antonio, by the Shaenfield Rd.
We believe in quality over quantity, honesty and integrity. We don’t up sell any unneeded parts or services to our customers.
We also replace every oil filter and our oil is Havoline.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Opening a business-like lube and a mechanic shop is a complicated process. It involves many steps from finding the right location, mechanics, receptionist, hours of operations to finding the right suppliers. Overall, it is a business you can own and operate, nevertheless, the key learning for me is to be involved and visibly connected to the business.
