Today we’d like to introduce you to Caya Hefner.
Hi Caya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m originally from Indonesia and come to the U.S. after HS with the intention of becoming a plastic surgeon doctor. I wasnt able to fully finished this plan, I decided to pursue in modeling world and competed in a pageant world that Inc, Miss Hawaiian Tropic, and several others that Inc locals where I used to live in seattle, wa. At the same time, During this time I bought a coffee shop bc seattle is known for it. Fast forward, I was invited to go to a charity event gathering at the famous place called THE PLAYBOY MANSION , that’s where I met a kind hearted man name Keith Hefner, who became my husband. Life was great and as expected mostly but then it comes with some unexpected sides too. While still being in modeling industry, I also learn new talent in becoming a DJ. Nevertheless I’m grateful for what a life he had shared to me. Despite the gap of our ages, we had so much fun together , we learned and grown together. He helped me in many ways and so did I. I have some regrets in life and surely won’t want to have one with him especially during his finally year. That experience knowing that I will be alone when he is gone, it forced me to stand on my own by learning to take care of me and the interest I have in building wealth in real estate. Here we are now, I’m building my real estate portfolio where I’m currently own in few other states that Inc in Texas. While that is growing, I bought a drive thru daiquiris bar and coffee shop called CAYA’s in lake Conroe, tx. Unfortunately I had to sale the assets of the company due life changing event and weekly driving between HtX and San Antonio. However, during this period, I also do private events and festivals in San Antonio life fiesta , king Williams and many other festivals throughout tx. Happily to say that I’m blessed and grateful with many people I meat along the way, life experiences I got to have and now a new beginning and new life to grow with purpose for my baby girl. Yea I will still be doing CAYA’s again in some of these events and festivals. So stay tuned and yes we are growing our portfolio as we are closing a new property this month in San Antonio, Tx 💕
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d say it’s been both.. lol
I think the biggest challenges would be “my English” sometime I could misunderstand the reason or the purpose behind it. Other than that I think it’s part of life , obstacles or challenges come and go , it just how you work around it and make it work. Thankfully I have good team and people that can help and guide me to get to the right direction to certain things I need.
Secondly being in the industry that is mostly male, often time they think I have no idea what I’m doing .. o well let them till I speak then they say how do you get there..
We’ve been impressed with Caya’s cafe and Livin style properties , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have been blessed and fortunate enough that I like to be creative and always desire to grow. I have several businesses that I’m still involved in. Those are ;
Caya’s cafe : where we offer boba tea, coffee and daiquiris. I sold the physical shop yet I still have the business where I am going to continue of doing to do here in San Antonio on those pop ups, or farmers markets and festivals throughout Texas.
Secondly; it’s my first business that I have started which is my real estate firm, Livin style properties . In this firm, we do fix and flip and another firm on the group side, we do buy and hold rentals from Florida, Tennessee and Texas for now but we are exciting to grow and branching out to others.

What’s next?
Well keep growing in my businesses , actively investing in myself , my business and my family.
As far as in personal life, right now I’m in my mommy bubble and so I love watching my little one evolves. We have been traveling a lot together and that will continue 💕along all these, giving back to my community by building a charity has been one of my big plans. Growing up, My parents always teach us about giving back to those in need. So I have this plan that I’m going to build an orphanage foundation. After all children are our next generation. If I can help one , he/ she will make impact to help others and continue on to the others. Well perhaps getting marriage and build a good relationship and Family is on my next plan too 🥹😜
