I began my journey fueled by a profound love for people and a heartfelt desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Guided by Godly wisdom and rooted in Biblical principles, I sought to uplift and inspire those around me. Over time, I discovered the importance of self-love and learned how to embrace my own worth while graciously receiving love from others, all without regrets. I found my voice—a voice that I was eager to share, not to cast shame but to offer encouragement and support to others. I am passionate about teaching other women that loving oneself starts with understanding the depth of the Lord’s love for us. When we truly grasp His unwavering affection, our capacity to love is perfected, allowing us to thrive in our relationships and our own identities.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey has been filled with challenges, but sharing my story has truly made the struggle feel worthwhile. Launching my business was just the start; the real test comes from the impact I have on those around me. I’ve witnessed transformations, from weight loss to newfound confidence, all while navigating the path from being a single mom to a business owner. It’s been a profound shift from despair to a life full of joy and exuberance.

Bond and Glue LLC is a heartfelt venture owned by a woman with 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and a dedicated mom. My passion lies in empowering women to heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and transform their thought lives through positive affirmations. My unique blend of skills distinguishes me from other life coaches. Coaching is not merely a job for me; it’s a way of life. BnG was created with women in mind, recognizing our collective need for healing, a safe space, and the cultivation of inner peace. We offer individual and group coaching, along with a complimentary hour-long consultation.
How do you think about happiness?
Coffee, the beach, and my grandbaby remind me of the beauty in life’s simple pleasures. Witnessing others embrace their confidence and acknowledge their growth inspires us all. Understanding what brings you joy is essential, and having the courage to share that joy with others cultivates lasting happiness.
