Today we’d like to introduce you to Tom & Eva Betsill.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I got my Real Estate license in the beginning of 2019 and have worked full time in Real Estate since then. I got my Broker’s License at the end of 2023 and started a team with my wife, Eva, in 2024. I have been with Texas Edge Realty since 2021 and found a brokerage that truly feels like home. The support I have received from my brokers has definitely molded me into the agent I am today. I recently began mentoring newer agents at our office and take great pride in watching them become successful.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real Estate is very challenging. You don’t have a “schedule” to follow and nobody is going to be telling you what to do every minute of the day. It was challenging in the beginning but once I got a few clients I focused on turning them into raving fans. Referrals from past clients is the main source of our business now and we are incredibly grateful for all of our clients.
