Hi Sujatha, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started AIM Primary care to meet growing demand of comprehensive primary care aimed to lower health care costs with accessible care. Being a hospitalist for 10 years in the past allowed me to see where health care access can be optimized with comprehensive primary care.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In total contrast, it was a steep learning curve. Learning to maneuver the insurance jargons to explaining in layman terms to patients in ever changing health care field with newer insurances, newer meds, new rules and regulation regarding pandemic coverage etc. We pivot and learn from our mistakes.
