Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Mazak.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am a psychic medium with several metaphysical services. I recognize that I was always different, but didn’t completely connect to these gifts until later in life. Sometimes it takes great issues in our lives to get us to begin working on ourselves; that happened when my first marriage of 26 years suddenly began to unravel.
I went on an intentional self-improvement journey where I learned to meditate properly, receive information, and then do something with that information. As I began to accept and trust what I was getting from the “spiritual world”.
Long story short, I simply listen and follow the guidance, and here I am.
I do have a “regular” job — I am full-time with the Texas State Guard. I am also retired from active duty in the Marine Corps and the Army. I have been in a military uniform for 30 years now.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Interesting question, actually. I find that if I surrender to the path I am meant to follow, things go much more easily. However, one does not become more polished without struggles and trials. Diamonds are made under long-term pressure and heat. Pearls are created by a piece of sand irritating the oyster over long periods of time.
For the majority of my early life, my struggles came from going through life as an oblivious and typical man. I also spent my entire childhood raised within a religious cult that created a great challenge within me.
But you know, I would not trade any of my challenges or hard times, because those things are what have made me who I am.

I have taken big risks while trying to build my business. I have left perfectly good employment, established many different office locations, and went full time with my business.
Apparently, when I took those risks, it was not the right time, because all that caused was more debt. I have never given up on building the business, but I do that in my time away from work.
