Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Richardson.
Hi Lindsey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I’ve always had a passion for organizing my own home and helping family and friends with their homes. I took a break from my career as a hairdresser to stay home with my babies.
Once they started school I decided to turn my passion for organizing into a career.
As my business began to grow in the Midland/Odessa area I started to receive inquiries about the surrounding areas… Lubbock, Abilene, and San Angelo. I now organize all over Texas. My job has taken me to Dallas, Houston, Austin, Port Aransas, and San Antonio. I love that I get to travel and meet new people all the time. I never have the same day, even when working with the same client for multiple days in a row.
There’s always another room, cabinet, drawer, or closet to tackle. I don’t just enjoy what I do, I love that I’m able to help relieve some stress in the family lives that I work with. Clutter and disorganization is a heavy cloud that hangs over the homeowner. And when it continues to pile up they don’t even want to go into a room, closet, or garage. They avoid it as much as possible.
Cooking becomes an exhausting thought when the pantry is in such disarray, so take-out because the new norm. When I leave and see that a weight has been lifted, that my client is so excited to “live” in the space that is now organized and functional, that’s why I love what I do.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I really haven’t had a difficult project. Some are more challenging than others but I love a good challenge, brainstorming and space planning is my jam! I love meeting new clients and getting to know them.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I loved being out doors.
I grew up in the country so my sister and I were always outside riding our four-wheeler through the fields, fishing in the pond, or playing in the creek.
I still would much rather be outdoors doing anything than being inside.
