Today we’d like to introduce you to Cyrena Lynn Ybarra
Hi Cyrena Lynn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
To answer the first part of your question, my initial motivation regarding my floral bouquet company was to generate a passive income source. Over a period of about two months, I dedicated time and attention to researching the market and observing local florists in my area. The purpose of my focus was to grasp the how and where to “start”. However, after creating my first bouquet, my mindset had completely changed. Fast forward to September 2024, it was official, I created my first bouquet! Looking at that arrangement, I was ecstatic because I saw all my hard work and commitment in it.
As to the second part of your question, once I was comfortable with my bouquet process, I began gifting them to close friends and family. This was an outstanding way to promote my work as a new business owner. For me, the reward was immeasurable. My friends’ faces as I was delivering their bouquets is something I will always hold onto, simply unforgettable! To see them light up when they set their eyes on these arrangements stirred up so much excitement in me. My “passive income” mindset had changed. I valued my work and so did those around me.
As my clientele grew, it was clear that I loved the overall process of creating these mini masterpieces! As my clients provide details for their special occasions’ bouquets, I can’t help but feel honored that they trust me to be part of their memories. February 2025, my FIRST VALENTINE’S DAY as a florist went well, I survived and am so happy with the work I created. We all have a passion; some know theirs right away and others need a bit more time. I am grateful to have allowed myself the opportunity to find my passion, bringing happiness to people through the art of flowers, has been such a blessing.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I’ve encountered my fair share of obstacles along the way with each one pushing me to grow. Even today I am still going through some trial and errors but that’s the only way you will find what works best for you and your business. When it came to ordering my flowers I wanted to be sure I could give my clients the best quality of roses I could find. I went through a few vendors and tested out many different types of roses until I found one that worked best for me. Amores Flores is my current vendor and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!

Lynn Bouquets is a luxury floral business that specializes in rose bouquets. I believe in providing the best quality of roses for my clients. I take a lot of pride in the work that I do so I often add in extra roses or accessories free of charge to my clients to enhance their bouquets. All bouquets are made to order with a minimum of 4 days notice in advance. My roses are guaranteed to last up to 2 weeks minimum and prices vary depending on the season.
