Today we’d like to introduce you to Nichelle Hosley. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Hailing from the East Coast (Norfolk, VA), Nichelle Hosley is an Interior Designer, Interior Design Meets Fashion Creator and Show Producer, and lover of all-things Beauty and Fashion.
With over 25 years of experience, Nichelle is part of the elite when it comes to beauty, interior management and Fashion Show production. She is a former retail manager of boutique women’s clothing and a 15-year nail salon owner. In 2004, Nichelle moved to San Antonio, TX. With that move, she had a desire for something new. So, after realizing her creativity and passion for beautiful living spaces, she attended St. Mary’s University where she received her Residential and Commercial Interior Design credentials and began her career as an Interior Designer. Nichelle has been employed at Interior Trade Cartel for over 12 years as Sales Manager/Buyer and runs her very own interior design business, n2 Spaces Interior Design. In 2015, Interior Design Meets Fashion was awakened simply by a desire to merge two amazing worlds together. Interior Design and Fashion Design resemble in such a way that “one informs the other and vice versa,” according to Blue Carreon, former fashion journalist. Interior Design Meets Fashion has evolved into a not for profit supporter of local charity organizations. Through her vast experience and extensive knowledge on working with world-renowned luxury furniture brands and access to some of the most beautiful fabrics, and her connection with local boutiques and designers, Nichelle continues to craft unique fashion shows as well as beautiful spaces that leave impactful impressions. Nichelle is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers and served as Chair for the San Antonio Design Community for 2 years..
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not necessarily a smooth one. Any great thing we take on should have some challenges. That’s how we learn and grow. In both the interior design and fashion industries, the competition is great. I have had to push myself (at times) to stay in the game and not compare myself to my colleagues and peers.

My pride and joy would be my own design business and charity. n2Spaces Interiors and Interior Design Meets Fashion. I specialize in creating beautiful spaces and what sets me apart from others is the access I have to “not everyday’ brands. Alongside my design business, I have my charity organization…Interior Design Meets Fashion which is a supporter of local non profit organizations. We host (annually) fashion shows that benefit local under-served organizations in need.
I want readers to know that I am very passionate about what I do.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My family is my biggest supporter. They each play a significant part mainly in (IDMF) Interior Design Meets Fashion.
Nichelle is married to Art Hosley Jr (Chief of Publishing for the USAF) of 29 years. Together, they have four amazing children: Caitlin who is a highly sought after artist, Austin, a graduate from the Art Institute with a degree in Fashion Design, Christian, a graduate from the University of North Texas and now Athletic Performance Coach, and Justin who is now a high school senior.
Also, my assistant…Jae Giddens keeps me healthy and organized.
