Today we’d like to introduce you to Jason Dayton.
Hi Jason, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Started in real estate in California in 2008, working as a property manager.
Had duties of leasing and managing vendors
Moved my family to Idaho in 2013 and did not practice real estate there to focus on our young family.
Relocated to Texas in 2016 and Started Real Estate courses shortly after.
Was a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson in 2019.
In just a short time, I was leading the listing team with over 100 listings sold
By 2023, I was promoted to lead and run the listing team of 6+ agents in the San Antonio market.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not. In my short time in Real Estate, I have had to navigate many different markets. These include the Great Recession in 2008, Covid 19, and the most recent housing market correction we are currently in.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Outside of Real Estate, I’m passionate about building Custom Tuner Cars. I belong to a car club that strives to have a positive impact on the community.
I’m a musician as well.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Getting my first car and job over the summer before junior year of high school.
