Hi Duane, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into transportation began with my passion for cars, particularly (The Other Woman) my beloved Dodge Charger “Christine.” What started as a side hustle to support my car obsession evolved into a full time Black Car Service. After walking away from over two decades in corporate telecommunications, I recognized an opportunity to elevate the transportation experience beyond the impersonal nature of standard rideshare services.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I wouldn’t characterize the journey as having been a smooth one. The need to constantly evolve while maintaining RCLLC’s identity has been challenging.

RCLLC Transportation’s mission is to provide a seamless, comfortable, and safe transportation experience that exceeds expectations. I wanted to create a service where clients could retain the driver of their choice, ensuring a personalized and consistent experience every time.

Wedding party transportation

Group transportation for up to 12 passengers

Our fleet includes a sophisticated MPV (Multi-Passenger Vehicle) that accommodates up to 12 passengers, equipped with dual TV screens, surround sound, and karaoke capabilities and premium SUVs for up to 6 passengers.
I am most proud of RCLLC’s reputation among its clients.

I personally maintain our vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Every aspect, from the spotless windows to the fresh interior, is meticulously managed. We’re also known for our reliability, punctuality, and personalized service that builds long-term relationships with clients.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
My late father taught me “the harder you work, the ‘luckier’ you get”. Much of the success I’ve achieved in life and business has been rather serendipitous.
