Today we’d like to introduce you to Hailey Stevens.

Hi Hailey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It actually all started with a few peacock chairs. I fell in love with how beautiful and timeless they looked in photos, so I bought a couple to rent out for small gatherings and before I knew it, people started reaching out nonstop to use them for weddings, baby showers, and photo shoots. That little idea quickly turned into something much bigger.

We’d been talking about buying some tables and chairs to rent out, and I came across a lady selling her full business! With a lot of prayer we bought it and have worked hard to make it our own.

Crown Event Rentals was reborn, and we began adding more tables, tents, linens, backdrops, and eventually, fun specialty items like throne chairs, photo booths, and our signature Crown Flower Bar.

Now, we’ve grown into a full-service rental company with a showroom in Seguin, where customers can come in, see everything in person, and plan their dream event right alongside us.

What I love most is that we’ve stayed true to our roots bringing people together and helping them celebrate life’s best moments. Whether it’s a wedding, a kid’s birthday, or a community event, every setup tells a story, and it’s such a joy to be part of that magic.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Every day is a learning experience, we are still learning and growing, doing our best to find a smooth flow and grow!

At Crown Event Rentals, we help bring people’s celebrations to life from weddings and birthdays to community events. We’re known for our statement pieces like peacock and throne chairs, elegant backdrops, and custom set ups. What sets us apart is our personal touch we truly care about every event and love creating moments that our clients will remember forever.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something most people don’t know about me is that I’m actually a nurse by profession, and Crown Event Rentals began as a creative passion project on the side. What started with just a few peacock chairs has turned into something so much bigger and it’s truly a family effort.

My husband is my biggest supporter, always helping with deliveries, setups, and those long event days that run late into the night. And my mom plays a huge part, too she helps keep everything organized, steps in wherever she’s needed, and treats every event like it’s her own.

It’s really a team effort built on love, hard work, and family. I think that’s what makes Crown Event Rentals so special it’s not just a business to us, it’s something we’ve built together to help others celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
