That’s how Pa’ Los Gusto’s was born—a business built with passion, perseverance, and the determination to create a better future for my family. What started as an idea during uncertain times became a symbol of resilience and hope.
Today, my journey reflects the power of a woman who refused to give up, embraced her challenges, and turned adversity into opportunity. As an entrepreneur and mother, I believe success is not measured by the absence of struggles, but by the courage to keep moving forward despite them.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the greatest challenges I faced was starting a business during the pandemic while raising two children with autism. Balancing motherhood, caregiving, and entrepreneurship required resilience, sacrifice, and determination. There were moments of uncertainty, financial struggles, and exhaustion, but I refused to give up. Those challenges taught me perseverance, strengthened my faith, and inspired me to create opportunities where others saw limitations. Today, every obstacle I overcame is part of the foundation of Pa’ Los Gusto’s and a reminder that persistence can turn adversity into success.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my fondest childhood memories is enjoying frozen treats and homemade desserts with family and friends on warm Puerto Rican days. Those simple moments were filled with laughter, love, and togetherness. They inspired my passion for creating sweet experiences and bringing joy to others through my business, Pa’ Los Gusto’s.
