Hi Roslyn , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
When I graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy Training in 2022, I went to work at Massage Heights, where I enhanced my massage skills and client retention. During my stay at Massage Heights, I decided to build my own mobile massage business, which I have been in for three years. I have one independent contract therapist that works with me.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting up has been a rocky road, and I have learned what has worked and what has not. I am still learning as I grow the business, including the retention rate of clients, advertisement, company and product promotion through events. Finding avenues to advertise while keeping the cost low is a challenge.

My mobile massage business has two sides: mobile massage caterers to San Antonio and surrounding areas. The second half of the company is in-office at 14855 Blanco Rd. #204 San Antonio, TX 78216. We offer all-natural pain management products created specifically for our company, which can be used in session and purchased on our website. Mel Ramirez, a formulator with Formupak, makes our products. Our services include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Maternity, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. We provide Corporate Chair massage services for businesses, wedding packages, elevations, and in-office and mobile packages. Our goals are to help individuals with their pain management and self-care maintenance. We are known for our customer service, prompt response, and excellent service. The company is proud to carry products that help people with pain management. We are transparent about the ingredients of our products on our website. We want to bring quality natural products that are affordable.

Reach out to trusted people who have been in the industry for a while, learn from them, and utilize their advice. Having a williness to pivit the company and myself when needed.
