Hi Joseph, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Casa Quintero’s journey began after I faced unexpected unemployment after having poured almost a decade into 2 businesses, the success of which afforded me the opportunity to purchase our first home. With limited options and a pressing need to find a solution, my wife had a vision where she felt a strong message from God urging us to rent out our home as a final effort to save it.
This house was a significant achievement for our family, a dream realized through hard work and dedication. When we were faced with the possibility of losing it, my wife’s idea seemed both daunting and hopeful. Initially, my daughter and I struggled with the thought of leaving our home, however, given my daughter’s experience as a short-term rental Hospitality Manager since 2022, we clearly saw God had been preparing her for a time such as this.
Eventually, we embraced the idea and began the transformation of our home in late February 2024. We listed the property with only a few photos and empty rooms, but to our surprise, bookings came in quickly. We furnished the house and, through a journey of perseverance, we now find ourselves here, hoping to create a lasting legacy for our family and secure the future of our home.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Given the financial challenges and the journey that led us here, it has been a tough road. Although we are currently experiencing a slower season, we are using this time to explore ways to enhance our rental and improve our overall guest experience.

My family and I have always embraced hospitality, extending warmth and kindness to everyone, including strangers. Raised by women who consistently offered a helping hand and treated everyone with the utmost respect, we’ve carried this legacy into our rental property and have added subtle hints of that throughout the home’s decor.
When you step into our home, you’ll immediately sense the difference. We’ve poured time and love into creating a space that feels uniquely welcoming. While it might seem like just another Airbnb or short-term rental at first glance, our commitment to exceptional hospitality sets us apart.
Our goal is to ensure that our guests feel supported and cared for 24/7, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask.
