Check Out Santana MTB’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Santana MTB.

Hi Santana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I’m a record producer from the west side of San Antonio, TX. I’ve been on the grind day and night to become one of the best in my city. I’ve been working on my craft every day to master the art of beat-making in any music genre. Assisting artists with recording & mixing their projects bringing their vision to life.

San Antonio productions is an independent record label I build in San Antonio, TX with a great team of collective artists always working on creating new music. Our goal is to find music artists who are very dedicated to their music careers. We will represent the artists who developed, promote and distribute their music.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey of managing artists has not been a smooth road to success. The obstacle I’ve come across is losing great artists who don’t believe in themselves or can’t handle the push. We are making music easy for them by giving them the full package of all services needed from recording, mixing & mastering, graphic design, and even also marketing their music.

The challenge of being an independent label in san Antonio is battling trying to get our music heard. Promoting artists from scratch is extremely difficult as some people from our city will not accept the artists and the success they have accomplished. So, we as an independent label end up losing time and money on our marketing initiatives. My journey as a record producer has been a success in gathering ideas and inspirations for projects and also developing the vision and direction for each project.

I’ve already made 3 full eps and made a few beats for an album. I’m in a process of releasing an ep of my own and can say I will be the 1st in my city to collaborate with many artists who have been working hard to make a name for themselves. I will continue my hard work and show the world I will not give up on my dream and that is to make it in the music industry.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize and am known for being a record producer I’ve already made 3 full eps and made a few beats for an album. I’m proud of the time, effort, and hard work I learned to be where I’m at today. The things that set me apart from others are that I’m kind always stay positive with others and never negative. Being rude and short with others can spread quickly as possible and others will not want to work with you. I go above and beyond with everyone developing a strong work ethic with artists who want to work with me.

Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
As a producer, I do a lot of risk-taking when I create beats my sound is different from other producers. When I create my packs of beats and send them out to artists I can often be rejected and many artists won’t like my sound. The few who will accept my beats will be lucky to have a unique sound of tracks produced by me.
