Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Garza.
Hi Jennifer, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Our business journey commenced during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. My daughter was expecting her first child and wished to celebrate with a gender reveal announcement. We chose Woodlawn Park in San Antonio, TX, as the venue, believing that an outdoor event would be the best way to gather family together. Following our initial picnic, we decided to make this endeavor public by establishing a business, initially named Pik N Go Picnics.
Shortly after launching, our business gained traction, and in 2021, the team behind “The Bachelor” reached out with an opportunity to collaborate and feature our picnics on their Bach App. They also inquired if I had experience with balloon decorations, which would allow us to expand our services to include bachelorette and birthday setups in Austin and Fredericksburg, TX.
As the Bach App evolved and significantly expanded, it rebranded to “Let’s Batch,” becoming one of the most popular platforms for group planning in these cities. My personal growth has paralleled the app’s success, and my online presence on Google has contributed greatly to our visibility.
Today, we offer a variety of services including picnics, anniversaries, engagement proposals, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and much more. I feel truly blessed to engage in the activities I love most. In 2025, we recognized that the name Pik N Go Picnics no longer reflected our evolving vision, prompting us to rebrand as Celebrate It All—an apt title for the myriad of joyful events we facilitate, creating memories that last a lifetime
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Our journey has been far from smooth. Throughout the challenges posed by COVID-19, I learned how to establish an Employer Identification Number (EIN), form a Limited Liability Company (LLC), open a bank account, and select the appropriate online platform for our website, as well as the best online resources for invoicing. This process required extensive research, and when I finally integrated all the components, I felt as though I was genuinely running a business.
One key realization I had was regarding my initial investments; I impulsively purchased over $5,000 worth of materials, believing I needed everything immediately. If I had possessed the knowledge I have now, I would have started with just two color picnic schemes and gradually expanded my inventory. I should have waited to generate profit before acquiring additional materials.
After three years in business, I am pleased to report that I am finally making a profit, and I am confident that the business is now 100 percent sustainable. My initial excitement about starting a business led me to believe that I needed to have everything upfront, but I have since learned the value of a more measured approach.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Celebrate It All offers a diverse array of services in the Texas Hill Country. Fredericksburg, Texas, renowned for its Texas Wine Country, is a small community that attracts a significant number of visitors for wine tastings. It has also earned recognition as a premier destination in Texas for various celebrations, including proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, and, of course, bachelorette parties.
At Celebrate It All, we have embraced diversity in our offerings. Our small town has a limited number of planners who provide comprehensive planning services, which distinguishes me in this field. My journey has taught me the importance of perfectionism in table styling, and I have honed my skills through experiences such as setting up picnics and employing creativity to craft unique private dinner setups.
Additionally, we provide balloon arrangements for celebrations, transforming inspiration photos into our own artistic creations. I take great joy in freelancing within this industry, allowing me to express my creativity and passion for event planning.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Throughout my upbringing, I have always been guided by my imagination. As I matured, I cultivated a deep interest in the medical field and a desire to help others. However, the onset of COVID-19 shifted my family’s focus. We began utilizing our Apple iPad with Procreate to create drawings, which we then uploaded to our Cricut machine to design an array of items, including shirts, birthday banners, cake toppers, and more. This allowed me to bring any celebration or theme to life from the comfort of my home. I truly cherish how our imagination has blossomed into creativity during this period.
