Today we’d like to introduce you to Izzy93. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Starting around 12 years of age, freestyling with friends to becoming a popular rising star, Izzy93 didn’t have anything handed to him growing up, he had to go and get it himself.
Not wanting to continue the path he was originally on, he was looking to turn all that around and stick to his music, there were things that tried to prevent him from moving up but no matter what he pushed through all those obstacles, with the success of his first breakout single Bluebonnets he would follow up with more as soon as the supporters demanded more music from him, soon after he would drop another popular single titled SWSATX which would showcase him and his camp representing the city as well as the side they grew up on.
After the success of that vision, he would link with a music engineer named Jayy Angel to bring his sound up and from there, more music followed as he would make him his personal engineer. He would be consistent with new visuals every week, being acknowledged as one of the cities most consistent artists he would live up to that and continue to bring his all to every platform he can get on.
Izzy93 will be also releasing his debut project titled Big 93 to all platforms on Jan. 31st, so it’s safe to say he is taking the city by storm all 2022 and soon to be global.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I wouldn’t say smooth, I had a lot of issues like getting incarcerated, having everything placed on hold, that wasn’t a good feeling, legal issues consistently trying to delay things but had to overcome those issues eventually to become the artist I had to be.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an artist that has to come with hard-hitting bangers also I’m versatile and can expand my artistry so I can come with a different approach on each of my songs.
What matters most to you? Why?
There are multiple things that matter a lot to me, family because that’s who i do a lot of this for, supporters because without them I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in, close homies because they been with me from the jump and the loyalty been intact and being one to pave a way for the next generation because a lot of beginning artists started to look up to me and ask for advice on how to make a name. I got to show love to the ones who show love to me.
