Hi Helene, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born an Open Channel I spent my first years at my beloved Grandfathers place enjoying Nature and Connecting and aligning with All. My ability to directly communicate with Nature and Other worlds was natural for me and I thought nothing of it. Later in life I would understand that not all could do this.
When i was taken from my paradise I grew because of experiencing the opposite of peace and tranquility. It made me realize all your experiences can lead you towards an either good or not good path and its all about perspective. I seem to attract naturally people who come to me with their problems. So I understood that it was natural for me to have the answers even though I sometimes felt I couldnt help them… I knew i needed to help myself. I tried many different kinds of therapy and self help and when I found Hypnotherapy I felt I had found gold. It helped me directly and I felt it on a deep core level. I absorbed everything i could regarding selfhelp and spent hundreds of thousands on courses, retreats and worked with an Indian Guru for 20 years and that has led me to now offer both a Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, Physical and Energetic program that clears deep seated programs and patterns from this life and also those handed down from generations back, from your ancestors.
Why would hypnosis work for people? Because it targets the inner workings of the mind /body/spirit…
Everything we think is created from within our subconscious mind…so as hypnosis reaches that it is the only way to eliminate negative programming and fears immediately. So here we are 35 plus years later and I have created my flagship program called Hypno-Health and Wealth Master Program and it has turned many people into super manifesters because they have cleared every part of them that kept them stuck in mediocracy and elevated them to be creators of their thriving lives. As well as creating my programs I have helped thousands thrive and live their lives to the max globally.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Of course to become a master you have to go down many dead end roads and turn around and level up. My hypnosis journey is also a journey into self growth and shifting lifestyles. I started out with a faery tale kind of early childhood but after 7 I lived 8 years in a very dysfunctional family with all kinds of abuse which led to not just one narcissist husband but two. So I have a PHD in narcissism and I spot the red flags before they almost arrive. I have helped many women navigate through abusive relationships due to my own experience and therapy as I mentioned earlier. I believe challenges make you stronger and it humbles you as well. I thank every experience because it has pushed me to continue growing but I dont seek trouble. I live a beautiful life today and I wouldnt trade my lessons for anything.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a proud Author of I Am: The Souls Journey to Source..Within and its available on amazon. I am writing my next book with a working title, All My Relations…healing and elevating from difficulties. Its about relations to self and generational relations and how to elevate and grow from adversities.
My artist side has had to be in the background while these books and my hypnosis and healing business has taken the forefront. I went to Fine art school and Film School in Sweden and worked both as an artist and Film Producer and Film Director and actress for about 14 years.
I think as a multidimensional being its not possible to just do one thing…I am also a Manifesting Generator which says I like to create and manifest and sometimes it takes many different mediums. I like to meditate every day and stay in that beautiful state of mind as much as i can..
My passion is to transform myself and my clients..this happens everyday and I love it. Hypnosis has been the best gift I have used on myself and my clients. I open up the possibility for easy shifts and beautiful transformation and it gives me so much happiness.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My Grandfather had a beautiful estate with forests and streams and beautiful nature and animals.. I loved waking up to go explore the outdoors. As a child I would see birds who were hurt and i would pick them up in my hands and have God or Creator energy heal them instantly. It really was my paradise and in my meditations I always go back there for strength and love. I remember going to a specific place where the river met the beautiful clear stream and sit there and shift realities. It was a magical place.
