Hi Patricia , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My business journey began from a personal love of shopping, but having limited options. One Sunday while leaving a restaurant I passed myself in the parking lot, basically another woman had on the same outfit. That may not be a big deal, but I didn’t enjoy the encounter. That was the turning point, how to locate unique and different styles. I shared the idea with my sister and she secured a meeting to Dallas Market and the boutique was born. May 25, 2010 N-V-N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique opened it’s doors inside A Greater Look Hair Salon. The Boutique relocated to Wonderland of the Americas mall and later transitioned to online only.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The struggles are the ever changing fashion trends but we decided to offer Timeless style and that has helped with maintaining existing and acquiring customers.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I think initially we were known as the church lady attire Boutique. What we do best is bring styles that no other store or Boutique offers. I am most proud that we are still doing business and what sets us apart are definitely the styles we sell.
What matters most to you? Why?
Our customers and the feedback they provide and bringing quality clothing that last for years vs seasons and trends!
