My fitness journey started from a place of personal transformation. After a pivotal moment that completely shifted my mindset, I realized I needed to make a change—not just for my physical health, but for my happiness and overall well-being. I dove headfirst into strength training, not knowing at the time that it would become not only my passion but also my career.

As a mom of three and a bikini competitor, balancing family, training, and personal growth wasn’t always easy, but it taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of showing up for myself every day. I started sharing my journey online, hoping to inspire other women to prioritize their health and happiness, and soon, it evolved into something much bigger.

Today, I’m proud to run Inhale Fitness, a business dedicated to empowering women to build strength, muscles, and a growth mindset rooted in self-love. My approach focuses on joint-friendly, effective workouts, personalized nutrition coaching, and fostering a supportive community where women feel seen, heard, and capable of achieving their goals. I emphasize the importance of building muscle not just for aesthetic changes, but for overall strength, confidence, and long-term health benefits.

Whether it’s through one-on-one training, online coaching, prepping fort a fitness competition, or sharing educational content across social media, my mission remains the same: to help women understand the basics of fitness and nutrition so they can create a lifestyle they love. This isn’t just about workouts or meal plans—it’s about showing women what’s possible when they believe in themselves and commit to their growth.

Every step of this journey has been fueled by passion, authenticity, and a genuine desire to make a difference. And I’m just getting started!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but that’s what has made the journey so meaningful. In the beginning, I was facing mental health struggles that made it hard to stay motivated and focused. I also had to overcome a lot of self-doubt and negative thoughts about my body and my abilities. Losing 40 pounds at the start of my fitness journey was a huge challenge, but it was also the turning point that sparked my commitment to creating lasting change. The physical transformation was just one part of it—mental health was the real battle.

Balancing the demands of being a mom and dealing with emotional and mental hurdles added to the challenge, but it taught me the importance of self-compassion and consistency. There were times when progress seemed slow, or I hit roadblocks due to injuries, but I learned that setbacks don’t define success—they’re part of the journey.

Now, I approach fitness and wellness with a focus on both mental and physical well-being. The mental strength I’ve gained through this process has been just as transformative as the physical changes, and it’s helped me build a foundation of resilience that guides me through any challenges that come my way.

My business is all about empowering women to take control of their fitness and wellness journeys, focusing on building strength, muscle, and a growth mindset rooted in self-love. I specialize in creating personalized fitness programs that cater to each individual’s unique needs and goals, whether it’s weight loss, toning, or improving overall health. I also offer specialized coaching for those interested in fitness bikini and fit model competitions, helping clients prepare both physically and mentally for the stage.

What sets me apart from others is my holistic approach to fitness. I don’t just focus on the physical aspects but also emphasize mental well-being, self-compassion, and creating a sustainable, enjoyable fitness routine. I’ve been where many of my clients are—dealing with mental health struggles, physical setbacks, and trying to juggle it all. This allows me to connect with them on a deeper level and offer guidance that goes beyond just a workout plan. I also take a joint-friendly approach to training, offering modifications that ensure safety and prevent injury, especially for clients with special considerations.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5-10 years, I see myself continuing to work with women, helping them achieve their fitness goals and elevate their performance in competitive spaces like fitness bikini and fit model competitions. My vision is to expand, creating a larger space that fosters a community of empowered women, where they can come together to transform both physically and mentally.

As the industry evolves, I anticipate more personalized, hybrid fitness solutions that allow clients to train in the way that best fits their lifestyles—whether in-person or virtually. This model will not only provide customized fitness training but will also integrate mental well-being practices to ensure a holistic approach to strength and growth.

Mental health, mindfulness, and self-compassion will be essential elements of this journey, empowering women to push for their fitness goals while staying grounded and resilient. I believe in creating an environment where women are supported and inspired to achieve their best selves, both inside and out.
