Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike Schuler
Hi Mike, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started out 5 years ago in automotive photography and then for the last two years transitioned into photographing models, now i just mix the two together!!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
For the most part it has been smooth, but it’s always a learning experience, you learn something new everytime you pick up the camera to capture your vision!!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I work for a big car dealership photographing thier vehicles for the company. I specialize in automotive photography and am known for the way I detail and highlight the car or truck I’m shooting, also known for the natural looking shots and professionalism when working with the models. Proud of how far I’ve come being self taught and people recognizing my work and that I am a multi-published photographer in automotive and fashion magazines. What sets me apart is that I plan my photoshoots, i scout locations, come up with themes or ideas, and step out of the norm and try different stuff. I like to make people think when my photos hit and wonder what im.gonna come up with next.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
The people close to me know pretty much everything about me, no surprises!!
