Today we’d like to introduce you to Aubrey Garza
Hi Aubrey, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The journey started as I spent some time working in a toxic corporate America environment, feeling drained and unfulfilled. The stress and lack of genuine purpose took a toll on me, as well as the toxic management. I found myself wanting to leave but was afraid to because I needed to provide for my son. Eventually, I realized that life is too short to be stuck in a job that brings no joy or passion. To stay just because I’m scared of what the future may hold for me. I made the difficult but necessary decision to leave and pursue a career in the Medical Aesthetics industry. Now, I’m finally working in a field I’m passionate about, and the difference in my happiness and joy feels like night and day. I can’t thank Joey enough for giving me the opportunity to learn and counting to grow with him and Facial Identity.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey in this industry has been anything but easy, but I’ve been fortunate to have an incredible support system by my side. With their encouragement, pursuing my dream feels more attainable than I ever thought possible. The decision to stay in a stable corporate America job, providing a comfortable life for my family, or to take a leap of faith and follow my passion was not an easy one. It required courage and a deep belief in myself, but ultimately, I chose to chase the dream I’ve always wanted, and I haven’t looked back since.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Facial Identity ?
I am a facialist offering treatments such as the Diamond Glow Facial and laser hair removal. Additionally, I work as a medical assistant (M.A), supporting the injector with medical charting and preparing for each client. I am currently pursuing my RN to further my career to become an injector.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is the day we got our family dog, Neimo. My mom and dad came home with this adorable little black mini poodle, and from that moment, our lives were filled with his playful energy and endless love. He was more than just a dog to all of us. He lived a wonderful 19years with his favorite meal being spaghetti.
