Today we’d like to introduce you to Viviana Arroyo
Hi Viviana, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have come such a long way from the woman I was 5-6 years ago. I had my son at a very young age and dedicated my life to making sure he was good. I was a single mom with little to no family support. Because I worked full time, I didnt qualify for assistance, I worked multiple jobs sometime. Fast forward to 18 years later, my son graduates and joins the Army! I was a very proud momma, but quickly realized I didn’t know what to do with myself. My husband worked alot and I now had free time. I had never truly tried to figure out what I wanted to do with life. I had spent most of it focusing on making ends meet for my child to make it. I visited a local lash artist that is now an industry leader and one of my mentors. To say I fell in love with how getting a set of lashes made such a simple difference! It made me feel so good about myself! I wanted to be able to do that for others! So I looked into beauty school, joined a program and then got my license. I practiced for a long time until I decided to make the leap and truly follow my passion part time. Within the year, I outgrew my first studio and have been steady busy with regular clients – I am so grateful for that. Recently I decided to add to my skills and was certified to offer permanent makeup services! So here I am once again upgrading my studio and skills and starting a new journey in the beauty industry doing things I love!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not by any means! But I feel strongly that everything happens for a reason, and I’ve learned from every experience I’ve encountered. Every single client I’ve worked with has taught me how to get better and better, without them I wouldn’t be here!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a lash & pmu artist. I provide lash extensions and am known for my natural sets. I am also a pmu artist offering ombre powder brow services. My attention to detail, genuine customer service, and quality work is what sets me apart. Almost every single client that has visited my business for a service says they feel safe and cared for during their visit and that makes me feel so proud of myself.

Social Media has been very beneficial for quick refreshers or tips on different techniques and current trends.
