Today we’d like to introduce you to Florencia Plache
Hi Florencia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m a Reiki Master, spiritual coach, and doula, but first and foremost, I’m a mom of three beautiful kids who inspire me every day to be a better version of myself. My spiritual journey started about 5.5 years ago, but it wasn’t until I lost my brother and ended my 10-year marriage that things really shifted. That was my first dark night of the soul, and it forced me to face a lot of pain and grief. But through that darkness, I found my true self and awakened to my spiritual gifts, which took me even deeper into my healing journey.
Since then, I’ve spent countless hours learning everything I could—about the chakra system, energy healing, the Law of Attraction, meditation, mediumship, and astrology. These practices completely changed my life, helping me heal mentally and emotionally, and giving me the tools to create a better life for myself and my kids. I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
Three years ago, I earned my Reiki Master and Law of Attraction certifications. I love helping people through Reiki sessions, platicas, tarot readings, and coaching—whether it’s releasing subconscious blocks, doing shadow work, or expanding their consciousness. My passion is helping others manifest the life they want by healing from the inside out.
During my second Reiki attunement, I got this clear vision of combining Reiki with my passion for birth work. That’s how Birthing Changes was born. I believe Reiki can help moms have more conscious, peaceful births, and create a loving frequency for the child to be born into. It can ease the birth process for both mom and baby, helping them avoid the trauma that sometimes comes with childbirth.
I’m based in San Antonio, Texas, and I offer most of my services virtually and in person. I’m passionate about what I do, and I love helping people on their healing journey, just like I’ve been on mine.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. My journey really began after I lost my brother and went through the end of a 10-year marriage. That grief was heavy and overwhelming, but it became a turning point for me. I experienced my first dark night of the soul, and while it was painful, it also led me to discover my spiritual gifts and my true path.
On top of that, being a single mom has had its own challenges. Balancing motherhood, building a business, and working on my own healing at the same time is no easy task. There were moments of self-doubt and feeling stretched too thin, but those struggles also pushed me to grow. I had to trust that everything I was going through was aligning me with my purpose. Each obstacle made me more determined to help myself and others heal and to lead with love and awareness.
The road may have been bumpy, but I truly believe that the most beautiful growth happens through those tough experiences. That’s where I found my strength and my passion for the work I do now.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Reiki Master, spiritual coach, and doula, and my work is all about helping people heal and align with their highest selves. Through my business, I offer Reiki sessions, tarot readings, platicas, science-based coaching, and spiritual guidance. I love helping people release subconscious blocks, dive into shadow work, and expand their consciousness, while also using the Law of Attraction to help them manifest what they truly want in life.
What really sets me apart is the way I blend spiritual practices with science-based coaching across everything I do. I’m all about finding balance between the spiritual and the practical. So, whether it’s through Reiki, tarot, or coaching, my goal is to give people real, actionable tools to heal, grow, and create the life they want. I’m passionate about holding space for others to transform in a safe and supportive environment where they feel seen and heard on their healing journey.
As a doula, I take this same approach but go even deeper. I incorporate Reiki into the birthing process, helping mothers stay calm, birth consciously, and bring their babies into the world in a peaceful, loving frequency. This doesn’t just benefit the mom but also the baby, creating a more positive, trauma-free birth experience for both. I call this approach “Birthing Changes,” and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of because it transforms the way we look at childbirth.
I’m also really proud of how much my work has impacted my clients. It’s an honor to help people heal from deep wounds, connect with their spiritual gifts, and create the lives they’ve always dreamed of.
How do you define success?
I define success as living in alignment with my purpose and being able to help others heal and grow along the way. It’s not just about achieving external goals or material things—it’s about inner transformation and making a positive impact on the lives of others. For me, success is measured by the growth I’ve experienced personally, as well as the healing I’ve been able to facilitate in others through my work as a Reiki Master, spiritual coach, and doula.
Success is also about balance—balancing my role as a mother, my business, and my spiritual journey. If I’m able to show up for my kids, live authentically, and continue evolving in my spiritual path while helping others do the same, that’s success to me. It’s about staying true to my values and creating a life full of love, peace, and purpose.
