Hi Richy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Richy Green, born and raised in the Midwest, grew up all around music. From his mother being a dancer teacher, to his father putting him in band. Throughout high school, Richy pursued music in and out of school. Whether he was conducting music in the band, after football games or doing a musical for the community, music was always around. One year at University of Memphis, & he finally decided to make his own music. Finding all that he grew up with in his music. From the soul to the rock, he encompasses many facets in life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, not everything is smooth. To say God hasn’t put certain challenges in my way would be false. For I have been up and down. Thought maybe I could get some things right, but not at all. We still keep going though.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Even when you feel like you can’t, get back up and keep going. You never know where the world will take you. Use those life experiences inside your craft. Impossible is always possible
