Today we’d like to introduce you to Daphney Jean-felix
Daphney, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our start is similar to most small businesses, humble beginnings. Haitian-born, a Florida native, and now a Texan resident. My upbringing has filled my influences and my drive. My goal is to provide Haitian aesthetics to my country and urban upbringing. I am also an avid artist, and I love the process of bringing a project to completion. I hope everyone receives the work and product I put out fairly.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Its road isn’t even close to being traveled. The journey is just beginning and it’s not easy. With everything being social media-based, it’s not easy to get a foothold. Finding ways to fund this endeavor isn’t the easiest task either. Also finding my immediate niche has been a struggle to.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Currently an active-duty Soldier and I have a plethora of achievements under my belt. I currently specialize in digital media and graphite art. I have worked in a shirt factory for 5 years before my military service.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Watching anime and drawing Dragon ball and Dragon ball z as a kid.
