Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicholas Aguilar.
Hi Nicholas, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Ever since I was little, I knew I had a big calling; when I first noticed it, it started with my dad. My fraternal twin brother and I witnessed my father give his life to God at a very young age. As we grew up, he would tell us stories about how they tried to have a baby before us, that we had a sister, but she didn’t make it. 8-9 months, my mother was pregnant, and one day she woke up, and she lost the baby. They were devastated, and they started wondering why? Why did that happen to them? My family, already big on God, was praying for my mom and dad, and sooner than later, my dad was shopping for a Corvette Stingray. He found it as he was there at the dealership, about to buy this beautiful car. He gets a call from my mom, and she says, “You need to hold off on that car and go to the store to get more diapers; we’re going to have not just one baby but two!” My dad still blames us to this day. He never got his dream car.
Fast forward a few years later, my dad started getting more involved with the church and became an ordained minister and soon-to-be pastor. I started traveling a little and doing 24-hour worship in the city and other states. My dad and I were talking one day. He told me to start thinking about what I want to do in life and favor God in whatever I do, “This world has nothing to offer you, so don’t get caught up in this corrupt world,” someone told me. An idea came to mind where I wanted to build churches in every city that needed God worldwide, and from that moment, I knew what my calling was. I struggled with just the fact that I was so young but so mature at a young age. I was stuck in the middle growing up to where I am today on whether I should live this young life of fun, going out and doing whatever I wanted, glorifying God, and finally walking this path he’s already paved for me. As I worked these 9-5 jobs, I knew God didn’t want me there anymore. I knew he was speaking to me, “Why are you here? You can be doing so much more,” Finally, God led me to Real Estate; he led me here. Not a lot of people can say that. As I was in the in-between on what I needed to do with my life, he made it clear when I tried to do everything independently without him. One day he ripped everything I had from underneath me, I couldn’t believe it, but at the same time, I was relieved. I was jobless and carless, lost my apartment and people I was close to, but it was for the best of me. I knew he wanted me to get my Real Estate Career started and build a new life and foundation with him 100% in it.
I didn’t hesitate, followed God, and continue to till now; since I got my Real Estate License, all the stress, worries, depression, headaches, and guessing disappeared in seconds! God gave me a favor, and that day changed my life as my Real Estate career grows daily through hard work; through days where I don’t have a car, God finds a way for people to find me, or I find them! Putting everyone I can into a home, building wealth and financial freedom, and breaking generational repeats. That’s what I love to do now, and this is God’s way of using me as a vessel to help people understand the man upstairs. In a couple of years, I know I can build my first church starting in this city, and that will be just the beginning.
Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Getting where I am today has always been challenging, but that’s life. God knows life isn’t easy, but how can I lose with God on my side? How can I fall? I can stumble, but I will never fail because he always catches me and always has. My parents weren’t the wealthiest, but they did their best to help me and my brother! Them getting divorced at a young age was hard, us having to choose who to live with was hard, my brother and I being both dominant boys and not being able to share was hard. One could go to college, and one could go to community college. He got to go to a university which was the best decision because I wanted to go for the wrong reasons when he had all the brains. Having everything stripped from me when I was trying to live life the way I wanted and not the way God wanted was hard. Starting from nothing again and me losing another car before real estate. My mom is the best and the mom I always thank God for by helping me get around, dropping me off places, helping me get to my open houses, putting up signs, everything. I’ve walked into an open house before, and I know I have to make this work no matter how hard it gets. I thank God for putting me where I am today because I wouldn’t be here without him and my family.

I am Nicholas Aguilar, a Real Estate agent in San Antonio, Texas; I specialize in helping everyone I come across into a home and building wealth for themselves and financial freedom, breaking generational repeats. It is known for living through God and changing lives through Real Estate. What separates me from others is the fact that I genuinely care for everyone. I want to see every single person win. I never had someone help me with the things I want to help people with, so I want to be that key, that guy that can change people’s lives in so many ways. I’m proud of my brand because God comes first in it. I work as a solo agent, so I can personally have a relationship with the person who found me, or I found them. My services are free! I work for you and the client and negotiate the best deals for you. I offer shooting videos and to edit to other realtors/businesses to build connections and get to know everyone because, as I said, I love to see everyone Win! Not only that, but I love making videos; not only will you get a fantastic house but an awesome video getting the home of your dreams.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The number 1 thing I’ve learned is that you can’t do it alone. As much as you try, you can’t; asking for help is ok.
