Michelle and Vin are two incredible individuals with a story worth sharing. Born and raised in the vibrant city of San Antonio, Texas, Michelle has had a burning passion for entrepreneurship since her youth. In 2009, she ventured into business consulting, helping companies grow and prosper. But she didn’t stop there. Seven years later, she took a bold step and became a general contractor, diving headfirst into real estate investing. She wanted to learn the ins and outs of the industry and understand what it takes to succeed.
On the other hand, Vin started his journey in real estate in 2006, and it had its fair share of challenges. In March 2008, the market took a sharp turn, and Vin learned some valuable lessons. He became an expert in fixed and flipped real estate in Los Angeles, California, and was determined to achieve more.
Fast forward to 2022, and Michelle and Vin found themselves in their hometown of San Antonio, Texas, for different reasons. Vin moved to Texas to start a liquidation business, and Michelle moved back to create a real estate company with her mom, who is also her business partner. And then, in late 2022, something amazing happened. Michelle and Vin decided to join forces and start doing real estate together. It was a perfect match, and their unique skills complemented each other perfectly. Michelle’s experience as a general contractor and Vin’s background in real estate investing was the perfect combination. Now, they are unstoppable. They work together daily, making deals and building their real estate empire. It’s incredible to see two talented individuals come together and achieve greatness. Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Michelle and Vin’s journey was not without its fair share of struggles and challenges. They both faced obstacles that tested their resilience and determination.
For Michelle, deciding to become a general contractor was a big risk. It was a male-dominated industry, and she had to work hard to earn respect and recognition. She faced daily challenges, from navigating complex regulations to managing construction sites. But Michelle never gave up. She persevered, and her hard work paid off.
Vin also had his fair share of struggles. He started his real estate journey in 2006, just before the market crash in 2008. The sudden shift in the market was a huge blow to his business, and he had to learn some tough lessons. But he never gave up on his passion for real estate. Instead, he used his experience to become an expert in fix and flip real estate, honing his skills and knowledge.
Moving back to San Antonio was also a significant challenge for Michelle and Vin. They had to adjust to a new environment, establish new connections, and learn the ins and outs of the local real estate market. But they were determined to make it work, and they did.
