Today we’d like to introduce you to Tina Crossley.
Hi Tina, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved here from California to be in a band called One Nation and we were very successful. Playing live music became very important for me. I went on to perform with many bands here in San Antonio.
I wanted to build a circle of wonderful people and connections throughout the city, models, photographers, dancers, etc. I’ve learned so much and made many colleagues along the way.
I am very passionate about singing and would love to perform in huge stadiums one day.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The road hasn’t always been smooth.
Navigating through social media wasn’t as easy as it looked, let’s face it, being able to market yourself is a major part of acquiring success in this industry, and knowing what your audience wants is equally important.
I am very driven, so nothing will stop me from completing my visions.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a singer, so I am usually chosen to lead a band, sing backup, or play live with many amazing musicians!
I started playing as a young child in Los Angeles, California. I am very proud of keeping a great impression in the community.
No matter what has been thrown in my direction, I have been a reliable person. The piano is my second love, and I write my own songs. Dance with Me, and All My Life are two of the songs that I am marketing as of today.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I take advantage of watching artists like myself on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I am very fond of attending karaoke because it gives you a chance to sing live in front of actual audiences.
Singing in the park, or watching episodes of So you think you can dance, The Voice, America’s got talent, etc is very inspiring.
