Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Forester.
Hi Stacey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Absolutely — I’d make this more personal and story-driven than your Zillow bio, while still highlighting your experience and accomplishments. Since they’re asking how you started and how you got to where you are today, I’d answer in first person:
My journey to real estate has really been shaped by my love for people, my Texas roots, and my own experiences with moving and starting over. I was born and raised in Texas and, growing up in a military family, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to relocate and have to find your place in a new community. I’ve lived in Houston, the Rio Grande Valley, and even parts of Mexico, which gave me a unique perspective and allowed me to become proudly bilingual.
When I moved to San Antonio, I quickly fell in love with the city and eventually made it home. I’ve now been a San Antonio resident for over a decade, and over the years I’ve truly gotten to know the different communities, neighborhoods, and what makes each area special.
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and my background in communication, sales, marketing, and working with people naturally led me into real estate. What started as a career has grown into a true passion. I love being able to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and make the process feel less overwhelming.
Today, I’m a full-time Realtor and was recently named one of San Antonio’s Top 500 Realtors. I’m also a proud mom of two, and becoming a mother has made my passion for helping families find a place to call home even stronger. For me, real estate has never been just about buying or selling a house. It’s about the people, the stories, the transitions, and helping my clients feel confident that they’re making the right move for their future.
I’m incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to continue growing, serving my community, and helping more people find their place in San Antonio.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. I’ve had my share of professional setbacks and personal struggles that have challenged me and pushed me outside of my comfort zone. There have been seasons where I’ve had to learn how to keep going even when things didn’t go according to plan.
Those experiences have actually shaped me into the person and Realtor I am today. They’ve taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of giving myself grace while continuing to move forward. Becoming a mom while building my career has also come with its own challenges, but it has given me an even greater sense of purpose and motivation.
I’ve learned that success isn’t about never experiencing hard times.. It’s about how you respond to them. Every setback has taught me something, and I truly believe those experiences have made me stronger, more compassionate, and better equipped to help my clients navigate their own major life transitions.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a full-time Realtor serving the San Antonio and surrounding areas. I specialize in helping a lot of first time buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence. I’m known for my local market knowledge, strong communication, negotiation skills, and dedication to my clients. Being recently named one of San Antonio’s Top 500 Realtors is something I’m incredibly proud of. What sets me apart is that I truly put my clients first, I’m hands-on, responsive, and committed to advocating for them every step of the way.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see real estate becoming even more technology-driven over the next 5–10 years, especially with AI, digital marketing, and virtual tools making the buying and selling process more efficient. At the same time, I believe the importance of a knowledgeable and trustworthy Realtor will continue to grow. Technology can provide information, but it can’t replace the personal guidance, negotiation, and advocacy that clients need when making such a major purchase or investment.
