Today we’d like to introduce you to Parker Dolphin.
Hi Parker, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Parker started distilling almost ten years ago as an intern at a craft distillery close to his hometown.
After gaining experience there, he moved on to further his knowledge by becoming head distiller at distilleries that would become stops on the road to building his own business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has not always been smooth, as with any business, there are always the speed bumps of learning the people and teams that you are put with, and sometimes you don’t always see eye to eye. Everyone has a different way of creating, opinions on marketing, and how tasting rooms should be operated but its been an opportunity to learn what works for the industry and what doesn’t.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am the owner and head distiller of Three Paths Distillery. I create all of the products, specializing in quality small batch spirits such as, vodka, agave spirit, gin, and later on down the road, our whiskey.
Although we are a new business, we aim to be known for our innovative cocktails and welcoming atmosphere.
We are most proud of the team and the people who have helped us make it this far and supported us in our dream to open our own distillery and create the best products.
We strive for quality over quantity, always sticking to the standard of using the best ingredients, from drying our own fruit for garnishes to using locally sourced coffee for our coffee liqueur.
